HONDA CELEBRATION OF LIGHT

The final night of this year’s Celebration of Light and it will be Team Nova Scotia competing. There is a full day of festival programming with live music, food vendors and activities for kids down in English Bay. Or simply catch the show at some other (less busy) viewpoint. Fireworks start at 10:15 pm.
ANNUAL EASTSIDE ARTS FESTIVAL
Saturday 1 pm – 7 pm, MacLean Park, 710 Keefer St, Vancouver
On July 26, the festival brings back its popular, free all-day outdoor event, this year at MacLean Park, featuring live music presented in partnership with the The Rickshaw Theatre, a festival shop, art activities, food trucks, and a beer garden, followed by an additional afternoon of free live music on July 27 supported by Strathcona BIA.
MAPLE RIDGE – PITT MEADOWS COUNTRY FEST

The MRPM Country Fest is a 120-year-old agriculturally focused and driven festival that includes live music, amusement rides, food trucks, blueberry pie eating contest, pony rides, a children’s area and more.
CARIBBEAN DAYS FESTIVAL

Caribbean Days Festival features an amazing outdoor music festival. This is a weekend of tropical rhythm, cuisine, carnival and culture. Check out the Parade in the park on Saturday at 11 am.

The Mount Pleasant BIA is closing down the street in front of the historic Wenonah Building to bring the community together for a day of food, music, drinks, flowers, and summer fun. Enjoy drinks, live music, face painting, yummy food, market vendors and flower bouquets.
NEIGHBOURHOOD BLOCK PARTY
Saturday 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm, St. Andrew’s United Church, North Vancouver
There will be a BBQ, drinks, arts and crafts, music, games, and friends at this neighbourhood hangout. Singer/guitarist Melanie Dekker and Kate MacColl will regale attendees with golden oldies.
