PNE FAIR 

Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 11 pm, PNE Fairgrounds

We never miss visiting the PNE each summer! In addition to the Playground rides and midway you can expect the SuperDogs, Dueling Pianos, agriculture displays, the drag show For the Love of Drag, cooking demonstrations, musical performances at Music in the Park, exhibits, and, Summer Night Concerts!

NEW WESTMINSTER FAREWELL TO SUMMER FIREWORKS

Saturday 3 pm – 9:30 pm, New Westminster Quay

A spectacular day filled with artisan market vendors & exhibitors, live entertainment, fantastic food, and the piece de resistance: a Fireworks extraordinaire to captivate thousands of enchanted onlookers. Fireworks go at 9 pm.

LIGHT UP CHINATOWN

Saturday 11 am – 9 pm – Sunday 11 am – 6 pm, 500-block Columbia St, Vancouver 

The 4th annual Light Up Chinatown!, presented by RBC, is back with a free, two-day outdoor festival featuring live performances, limited-edition food collaborations, hawker street food, lights and colourful lanterns!

GRANVILLE BLOCK PARTY

Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 7 pm, Intersection of Granville and Robson St

Three main stages featuring a diverse lineup of musical acts, plus a Kids Area featuring mini golf, arts & crafts and street performances, and much more.

MUSIC IN THE PARK

Saturday 11 am – 2 pm, Dunbar Community Centre Park, Vancouver

This free event will run rain or shine. Enjoy live musical entertainment plus arts and crafts, caricatures and a bouncy castle.

TURTLE ISLAND FESTIVAL

Saturday 12 pm – 10 pm, Sunset Beach, Vancouver

A creative showcase amplifying Indigenous voices. Featuring incredibly talented selection of Indigenous performers, an Indigenous marketplace, Traditional Foods, Youth Workshop & Showcase, Children’s Play Area & More! This event is Always Free & Family Friendly!

RICHMOND MARITIME FESTIVAL

Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 6 pm, Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site, Richmond

The free, family-friendly event celebrates the history of Steveston with maritime-themed programming that spans live music, art installations, and more. Children can learn to crochet sea creatures, make origami, and encounter sea-inspired puppets.

RICHMOND SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL

Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 7 pm, Richmond Country Farms, Richmond

Picture yourself surrounded by vibrant sunflowers and dahlias that stretch as far as the eye can see across 20 acres of pure beauty. Upon arrival, follow the signs leading to the sunflower festival. You’ll hop on a tractor and wagon to transport you to the breathtaking fields of flowers.

PET-A-PALOOZA

Sunday 11 am – 4 pm, Yaletown, 1100 Mainland St, Vancouver

This free and pet-friendly festival is the most fun you’ll have with your pet all summer. Bring your pet to sample treats, food, accessories, toys, and get hooked up with loads of free swag!

WORLD OF LOVE CARNIVAL

Saturday 10 am – 8 pm, Town Centre Park, Coquitlam

It is an important cultural event with over 250 singers, dancers, musical instrument players from different ethnic groups taking turns to perform on stage. There will also be interactive and educational activities for the kids and colorful art and crafts displays for the general public. You will get to learn about the different cultures and heritages while having a great time!
