PNE WINTER FAIR

Saturday & Sunday 4 pm – 10 pm, the PNE Fairgrounds

Embark on the ultimate journey to meet Santa Claus by solving puzzles and cracking riddles, ride the PNE Holiday Express, wander through Winter Lights presented by BC Hydro – a great place to snap a photo! – and go skating – or try the Ice Bumper Cars – at the Tim Hortons Ice Rink, and then warm up with the culinary extravaganza at the Holiday Eats & Treats.

WINTER PARTY IN POINT GREY VILLAGE

Saturday 12 pm – 5 pm, West 10th ave and Sasamat, Vancouver

This free neighbourhood event includes photos with Santa, musical performances, maple taffy, hot chocolate, arts and crafts and more.

CHRISTMAS IN KERRISDALE VILLAGE

Saturday 12 pm – 4 pm, West 41st ave, Vancouver

Get in the holiday spirit while shopping in Kerrisdale Village and take the kids on a free holiday horse and carriage ride around the neighbourhood.

VANCOUVER SINGING CHRISTMAS TREE

Saturday & Sunday 3 pm & 7 pm, Broadway Church, Vancouver

This is a 90-minute free show for the whole family, featuring an incredible choir, orchestra, singers, actors, dancers, and acrobats! We hope you’ll join us, and bring a friend or family member, too – it’s sure to be the highlight of your Christmas season.

VAM SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS

Sunday 2 pm – 4 pm, The Orpheum

Join the Vancouver Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Ian Parker, for an extraordinary concert experience that traverses the realms of holiday cheer and classical brilliance. This seasonal enchantment showcases the iconic music of Albert Hague’s beloved holiday classic, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, followed by Vivaldi’s timeless masterpiece, The Four Seasons.

SINBAD! THE PANTOMIME

Saturday 7:30 pm & Sunday 2 pm, the Metro Theatre Vancouver

The Metro Theatre proudly unveils its’ annual holiday tradition with our classic British Pantomime: Sinbad! Written by the Queen of Pantos herself, Ellie King, it is a true Christmas tradition with captivating music to create a hilarious, joy-filled, and unforgettable show for the whole family.

THE NUTCRACKER: CANADA’S ROYAL WINNIPEG BALLET

Saturday 1 pm & 6:30 pm, Sunday 4 pm, The Centre in Vancouver

Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet is back with their magical, one-of-a-kind rendition of Nutcracker in a new venue—Vancouver’s only professional production of the timeless classic.

THE BIG ELF RUN

Saturday 12 pm, Stanley Park

Fun and social 1 km 5 km, 10 km and 15 km running events at Stanley Park where participants get complimentary elf ears. There is a 1 km “wee elf run”.
