SHIPYARDS FESTIVAL
Saturday 12 pm – 10 pm, The Shipyards, North Vancouver
Shipyards Festival is a music festival and street party with multiple stages. The stages will feature musical performances by Sonreal, Miina, Sol, Tourist Company, Garret T Willie, Devours and many more! Kids will enjoy the Seaspan Family Zone with Katie Brock and Mike Battie as well as face-painting, balloon arts and crafts.
RENFREW RAVINE MOON FESTIVAL

The Moon Festival is a series of free public events that celebrates the full moon, harvest abundance, and diverse cultural traditions. The signature events: Harvest Fair, Parade, and Streamside Lantern Installation features live music, dance, shadow puppets, eco-arts, workshops, youth performances, community veggie competitions, and more!
WEST END CAR FREE DAY
Sunday 12 pm – 7 pm, Denman Street from Robson to Davie, Vancouver
There are music stages and jam sessions to listen to, art being exhibited and created live on the street and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or something to drink. Come and enjoy an amazing car-free experience!
FAMILY FUN MID AUTUMN CELEBRATION
Sunday 10 am and 1 pm shows, Gateway Theatre, Richmond
The Mid-Autumn Festival is often referred to as the “Mooncake Festival” because of the delectable treat that takes center stage. These sweet pastries symbolize unity and family togetherness with their rich fillings and intricate designs. To learn more of these traditions in a fun, playful way, bring your whole family to Gateway Theatre for a joyful experience listening to a live reading of The Legend of the Whooshhh. Tickets are $10, kids age 2 and under are free.
MID AUTUMN MOON FAMILY DAY
Saturday 12 pm – 3 pm, Coquitlam Heritage at Mackin House, Coquitlam
Visit us in Heritage Square along with a host of performers and community partners for our third annual Mid-Autumn Moon Family Day celebration. Learn about mooncakes, get your face painted, enjoy performances from Uzume Taiko, a Lion dance by the Shao Lin Hung Gar Lion Dance Team, and a special performance by The BC Chinese Music Ensemble presented by Vancouver Inter-Cultural Orchestra.

Hosted by the Alouette River Management Society, this year’s event promises to be filled with lots of fun and interactive environmental displays, live music, face painting, carnival games and live northern spotted owls on site!
RIVERFEST

RiverFest is a free, family-friendly festival coinciding with BC and World Rivers Day. This year, RiverFest features a variety of in-person and on-line activities hosted by the Discovery Centre. From live performances on the Sturgeon Stage and return of the Lucille Johnstone Workboat Parade, to a new guided walk series, RiverFest 2023 is sure to be an engaging and enjoyable experience for all ages!
