VANCOUVER CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL – THE BIG PICNIC

Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm, David Lam Park

There’s nothing quite like the beauty of cherry blossom season in Vancouver, and it kicks off with the annual Big Picnic. Head to David Lam Park to enjoy the beauty of the cherry blossoms in Yaletown. You can pre-order a delicious Blossom Bento to enjoy at the event, or visit one of our amazing food truck vendors. There will be live entertainment and the chance to participate in fun interactive art activities and workshops.

O-HANAMI FESTIVAL

Saturday 11 am – 5 pm, Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre

Enjoy Japanese Culture under the cherry blossoms at Nikkei Centre. Watch a live samurai sword fighting show and enjoy many other live performances. A variety of Japanese street foods will be available.

SPRING INTO EASTER WITH SCUBA BUNNY

Saturday & Sunday 11 am and 1 pm, The Vancouver Aquarium

Family-favorite Scuba Bunny is back, swimming among colorful fish and other aquatic creatures on his daily dives, at 11 am and 1 pm.

RABBITATS EASTER BUNNY FEST

Saturday 11 am – 4 pm, Scottish Cultural Centre, Vancouver

Real Easter bunnies will be on hand for Rabbitats’ signature Meet & Treat along with bunny-themed crafts, games and refreshments. Learn all about rabbits! All proceeds will go to support the Rabbitats Rescue Society and their efforts to save and control unwanted and abandoned pet rabbits.

RICHMOND CARNIVAL

Saturday & Sunday 12 pm – 10 pm, Lansdowne Centre, Richmond

West Coast Amusements is coming to Lansdowne Centre. Experience amazing rides like the Scrambler, Hurricane, Himalaya, and the classic Ferris Wheel. West Coast Amusements has rides for all ages and all levels of riding.

VANCOUVER COMIC AND TOY SHOW

Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 5 pm, The PNE Forum

The Vancouver Comic and Toy Show is a trade show featuring collectible toys, superhero memorabilia, comic books and other similar pop culture items.

FOOD TRUCK WARS

Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 8 pm, KPU Langley, 20901 Langley Bypass

Another year of the BIGGEST food truck festival in the Lower Mainland: Food Truck Wars Featuring 45 food trucks, incredible beer brewed by local breweries, talented musicians and entertainers and incredible artisan market goods from local businesses

CHILLIWACK PLOWING MATCH

Saturday 9 am – 3 pm, Greendale Acres, Chilliwack

A family event at this super fun farm with tractor competitions, live music, a pancake breakfast and family-friendly activities at Greendale Acres.
