CLOVERDALE RODEO AND COUNTRY FAIR

With five pro rodeo performances, an indigenous village, live music performances, 40+ food trucks, 30+ carnival rides, family-friendly events, and more than a little bit of action—The 2025 Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is bigger and bolder than ever!
MAY DAY FORT LANGLEY
Monday 8 am – 4 pm, Fort Langley Park
The day starts with a pancake breakfast from 8 am to 10:30 am, followed by the parade at 11 am, then enjoy the fun festival in the park with live entertainment, kids activities, food trucks, the May Queen and her royal party and more.
BURNABY VILLAGE MUSEUM
Monday 11 am – 4:30 pm, Burnaby Village Museum
Explore historical exhibits and live demonstrations! Be sure to take a ride on the restored 1912 C.W. Parker Carousel or grab a meal and refreshments at Mai’s Cafe. Take part in a scavenger hunt happening all day. Admission is free.
ENGINE 374 ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

CPR Engine 374 pulled into the Vancouver terminal for the first time 137 years ago, becoming the first scheduled passenger train & Trans Canadian Train into Vancouver. Join community members and The volunteer Staff of Engine 374 as she makes her annual trip out onto the Roundhouse Turntable, and celebrates with free birthday cake, fun & other activities, speeches, and a brass band.
ROYAL CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS 2025

The Shipyards Spash Park opens this May Long weekend for lots of water fun. It’s a great space to hit up with kids of all ages.
OUTDOOR VANCOUVER POOLS OPENING WEEKEND
Saturday – Monday, New Brighton Pool and Second Beach
Kits Pool’s opening may be on hold, but Second Beach public pool opens for the season this weekend running from 9 am – 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday and 7 am – 8:30 pm on Monday. New Brighton pool also opens with the same hours for Saturday through Monday.
