PUMPKIN PATCHES AND HALLOWEEN FUN

It’s the first weekend of October and a great chance to hit up a pumpkin patch or some of the other local fall-themed events taking place around Vancouver. I’ve put together a whole blog post with details on some of my favourites, so check it out by clicking on the link.

THE GIANT PUMPKIN WEIGH OFF

Contestants will weigh their Gargantuan Gourds, as well as other giant fruits and veggies, in front of a large crowd of enthusiastic spectators, fellow growers and the media! There is free admission for spectators for this family-friendly event. Pick your very own pumpkin from the fields while checking out the Giants! Then, visit The Porch, The Market, The Bakery & KB Coral because they are serving everything pumpkin!
