Vancouver’s original street food festival is back for its 12th year outside the Vancouver Art Gallery. Street Food City is a flavour-filled, family-friendly celebration of myriad cuisines. Tented picnic tables make sure you’re covered in case it rains! Come have an outdoor winter picnic. Free entry.

It is the second weekend of the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival. With over 162 hot chocolate designs featured at 105 locations, there’s lots to discover. Choose a spot and plan a yummy outing!

Bring the whole family to experience the science behind mineral exploration in an interactive earth science activity day with hands-on activities for all ages, including gold panning, high-tech drone demos and gadget displays, samples of rocks, minerals and fossils you can touch, VR experiences, stickers and colouring books, and more!
