LIGHTS AT LAFARGE
Saturday & Sunday, Lafarge Lake, Town Centre Park, Coquitlam
Another seasonal light display that you can still enjoy for a few more weeks is at Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park. The dazzling light displays that encircles the 1.2 km Lafarge Lake loop will be on at dusk. Lace up your walking shoes (or slip on your rain boots) and embark on this festive walk.
HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS IN CONCERT

This concert features the film Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets™ in high-definition, on a giant screen, while a live orchestra performs John Williams’ unforgettable score. Relive every magical moment as the music brings life to a story that has enchanted the world.
HARRY POTTER A FORBIDDEN FOREST EXPERIENCE

Another way to get your Harry Potter fix is to hit up the Forbidden Forest Experience in Stanley Park. Walk into the depths of a dark woodland and discover fantastic beasts and iconic wizarding world moments illuminated like never before.
EAST VAN PANTO: WEST VAN STORY

The final weekend for this pantomime event! Theatre Replacement’s East Van Panto is back for its thirteenth (!) year — and this time, they’re switching it up. Say goodbye to the classic fairy tale and hello to a Romeo-and-Juliet-inspired romp like only East Van can deliver!
UBC THUNDERBIRDS BASKETBALL VS TWU SPARTANS

Catch some awesome university basketball as UBC takes on TWU. Women play at 4 pm and then men play at 6pm. Kids aged 12 and under are free!
