CANADIAN PACIFIC HOLIDAY TRAIN

Sunday 7:50 pm, 22355 River Road, Maple Ridge (Haney)

Entertainers are Tyler Shaw and Kiesza. Local food banks will accept donations at this stop to ensure those less fortunate have enough healthy food this holiday season. (On Monday you can catch the holiday train in Port Moody at 5:20 pm and in Port Coquitlam at 7:05 pm)

THE SNOWMAN

Saturday 1 pm & 3 pm, The Orpheum Theatre

The favourite holiday film put on by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

CINDERELLA: A PANTOMIME

Saturday 2 pm & 7:30 pm, Sunday 2 pm, Surrey Arts Centre

Traditional British Panto at it’s rambunctious best! Family fun with this hilariously funny show.

GOH BALLET’S THE NUTCRACKER

Saturday 2 pm & 7:30 pm, Sunday 2 pm & 5 pm, Queen Elizabeth Theatre

A holiday classic and a favourite Vancouver tradition. This heart-warming production is sure to delight audiences of all ages with more than 200 dancers, actors, gymnasts and more.

RODGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN’S CINDERELLA

Saturday 1 pm & 7:30 pm, Sunday 1 pm, Gateway Theatre, Richmond

Experience this timeless tale of Cinderella like never before in this captivating musical adaptation.

THE ROBSON SQUARE SKATING – 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

Saturday and Sunday, Robson Square

Robson’s Square’s outdoor skating rink is open. It’s free to skate, and skate rentals are available for a fee. This weekend enjoy the added fun of live entertainment shows! Saturday shows from 2:30 – 4:15 pm, the British Columbia Regiment Band Society and 6 pm – 9 pm the Marlin Ramazzini Group and on Sunday from 12 pm – 1:15 pm Tuba Christmas, from 2:30 pm – 4:15 pm Daryle Dean Flamenco Acoustic and from 6 pm – 9 pm DJ Barron S.

GLIDING ON ICE FREE SKATE

Sunday 5:30 pm – 7 pm, Kerrisdale Arena, Vancouver

Enjoy a free, family skate while you glide around to holiday tunes at the Kerrisdale Arena.

HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR

Sunday 10 am – 3 pm, Sunset Community Centre

Handmade crafts, concession and entertainment. Free admission for visitors.

HEARTWARMING FESTIVAL

Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm, North Delta Rec Centre

This fundraiser goes towards raising funds for the Surrey Memorial Cardiac Catheterization Lab. There will be santa letters, face painting, crafts, raffle tickets, diy candles and ornaments, food, photo booth and more. $5 admission. Cash only.
